  • AI model API usage costs that have already been incurred
  • Personal preference or change of mind
  • Misunderstanding of service capabilities
  • Changes in service pricing or subscription rates
  • Defects or limitations in features marked as beta or experimental

4. AI API Usage

Please note that Faysell utilizes AI model APIs which incur real costs. These costs are non-refundable once the service has been used, regardless of the outcome or user satisfaction.
